How we got here.

Our passion for food and drink began from our first jobs in high school. Lees began at the County Deli just up the road from where we are now, while Rose got her start at Nibbles Bakery in Oak Harbor, right underneath Fraser’s Gourmet Hideaway. It was shortly after that when we met each other right out of school in 2008. We wasted no time after that and were soon married in 2010 excited about what the future would hold for us. After a few more years in the industry, we finally found ourselves working at the same restaurant when we were both hired in 2013 by Tyler and Sara of The Oystercatcher. It was here that we were both able to develop the culinary skills and knowledge that have brought us here today. Now, at the height of our powers, we are ready to unleash local flavors never before experienced by mankind. So come on down, grab a drink, and say howdy hey to Big-mouth Billy!
